Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England.  Its job is to ensure that health and care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care, and to encourage these services to make improvements.  Wells Health Centre registered with the CQC in April 2013.  For further information on CQC regulation and inspection of GP practices visit http://www.cqc.org.uk/  Our current CQC registration document is held in reception and available to download below.  Our latest CQC inspection happened early November 2016 and we have been rated Good in every section, we’ll post a copy of the report once we have received it; it will also be available on the CQC website.
